I have seen this cartoon a couple of times and for some reason it cracks me up. I don't mean to make fun of the blind, I just think it is funny. I know I know I have a twisted mind.

I love it!! Makes me laugh hard....kinda reminds me of the one showing this same guy holding an old canister vacuum on a leash...sign around his neck says..please give...I'm blind and my dog has asthma......gets me everytime....
