I can sum the day in up one sentence. IT WAS COLD! When we got up the windows were all steamed up and it was so cold.
We braved the cold and went to breakfast. We went back to the restaurant that had the huge omelet. I must have been hungrier than the last time because I ate most of it. It was sure good. I also had fresh sweetest orange juice. Ymmmm it was good.
It never warmed up. It just got colder. We stopped at the grocery store and the hardware store. Art got some colored tape to put on his suitcase. Nothing’s wrong with his suitcase it just makes it easier to identify. We spent the rest of the day in the condo. It was just too cold to do anything else.
We braved the cold once again for dinner. We went to a nice restaurant on the wharf. The food was really delicious and the service was great but man it was even cold in the restaurant. The waiter said they aren’t use to it being this cold. We said we were but we came here to get away from the cold.
We didn’t go listen to music because the place we enjoy the most is outside. Even with their gas heaters I don’t think we could have sat there. I am not sure they even had anyone play tonight because of the cold. We are tucked in with the heat turned up enjoying football.
